Privacy policy — Kâşifler

Kâşifler is a game for children aged 4 to 8 made by Labirent Artificial Intelligence UG (haftungsbeschränkt). This policy covers both the game and this website.

The game

We collect no personal data at all. The game needs no account, shows no ads and uses no analytics or tracking tools.

What stays on the device. The parents’ settings and the children’s names, ages and progress are stored only on the device and are never sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the game deletes them too.

Downloading new islands. The game is played offline. Only a new island’s pictures and sounds are downloaded once from our server (Cloudflare R2), during the rest before that island. Nothing about the child or the device is sent with it. As with every request on the internet, Cloudflare sees the device’s IP address; we neither store nor use it. Cloudflare handles it under its own privacy policy.

Microphone (optional). If the parents allow it, the child can say letters aloud. The sound is only compared with the letter on the device at that moment; it is never recorded or sent. The permission can be withdrawn at any time in the device’s settings.

Notifications (optional). If the parents turn them on, the device shows them itself at the chosen time (a new island ready, the letter of the day); no information reaches us for this.

Sharing. The passport or the game is shared only when the parents ask, through the device’s own share sheet and with the app the parents choose.

Purchases. The game has no purchases at present. If further islands are later offered for purchase, purchases will only be possible behind a parental gate and go entirely through Apple’s (or Google’s) store; payment details never reach us.

AI. The game’s voices and pictures are files made once with AI tools while the game was built; no AI service is contacted while playing.

This website

This website sets no cookies, has no forms and asks you for nothing. It is served by Cloudflare, Inc.: to deliver the pages, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details.

To see how many people visit the site, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across websites and builds no profiles; we only see aggregate numbers (e.g. page views, country, browser type). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply to you.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we process about you, to have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted, and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
